This policy explains how cancellations work for subscriptions, pre-orders, and our 30-day money-back guarantee.
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.
Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation will stop future charges and deliveries.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the link in your order confirmation email or by accessing your customer account.

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment. We may collect full payment, partial payment, or store your payment method at checkout and charge the remaining balance once the order is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
First-time customers may return their purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the return meets the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
