However, we have a small selection of shipping services for you to choose from that could get you your Neurogan package overnight, in 2 days, or in 3-5 days. We offer USPS Priority 1 Business Day, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping. If you're shipping to a P.O. box, please keep in mind that FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes and you'll need to choose the USPS shipping method.

Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping takes anywhere between 5-7 business days, while shipping to Canada takes 3-5 business days. There’s no need to ship your return back in its original shipping box. Please feel free to use any type of box in which the product return can comfortably fit. Please wrap the goods in newspaper or shipping paper to make sure the product arrives back to us in good condition. Affix the return label, which our customer service team will provide for you, to the top of the box, and be sure to scribble out any previous labels on the box.
We ask that the Neurogan item you're returning or exchanging makes it to us in an acceptable condition in order for the return to be deemed valid.
