What is Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat good for?

Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat is valued for its high natural flavonoid content, especially rutin, which is studied for antioxidant activity. It is commonly used to support cardiovascular health, circulation, and overall metabolic wellness.

What is HTB?

Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat (HTB) is a prized plant from the Himalayas and parts of China. Packed with bioactive carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals, carotenoids, polyphenols, and phytosterols, it's recognized for its health benefits.

When should I take HTB supplements?

Take two HTB supplements daily with water. You can consume these with or without food, there is no benefit of doing one before or after the other. For optimal results, maintain consistency with HTB intake, paired with a balanced diet and regular exercise.

What are the health benefits of Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat?

HTB, rich in various nutrients, supports immune function, counters oxidative stress, boosts mental clarity, and nurtures a healthy gut microbiome.

What does buckwheat do for the body?

Buckwheat provides plant-based compounds that support antioxidant defenses and normal metabolic function. It also contains fiber and bioactive flavonoids that are studied for their role in heart and vascular health. Buckwheat is naturally gluten free and not a true grain.

What are the benefits of HTB?

HTB is especially known for its higher rutin concentration compared to other buckwheat varieties. Rutin is studied for its role in supporting blood vessel integrity, circulation, and antioxidant balance.

What is HTB in medical terms?

HTB refers to Tartary buckwheat, scientifically known as Fagopyrum tataricum. In research, it is classified as a functional food rich in flavonoids rather than a medical treatment. Most studies focus on its bioactive compounds rather than clinical outcomes.

What is the difference between Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat and regular buckwheat?

Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat contains significantly more rutin than common buckwheat varieties. Regular buckwheat is milder in taste and lower in certain flavonoids. HTB is more bitter and is typically used for its concentrated phytonutrient profile rather than as a staple grain.

    Fixed my gut

After about 2 weeks after starting to take the hymalayan tartary buckwheat. My stool became normal again. After waking up and drinking water and my protein shake, I had waterery stools everyday.

    Dean’s Gout

My gout went away quickly. Hard to believe, since I have had gout since the mid-1970’s. The HTB tea apparently cured my gout. I now also take the HTB tablets.

This is anecdotal, but I’ll take it. I don’t know if this cure was a miracle or a coincidence, but my gout is gone! I have already told my doctor friend about it.

    Not sure yet

I am hopeful. I’ve only taken it a few days. Looks like a good clean product.
