01 · Part and applyApply directly to clean, dry scalp
Part the hair where needed and apply the serum directly along the part or the scalp areas you want to target.
AHK-Cu + GHK-Cu Hair Serum Pro is a leave-on scalp formula combining two different copper-binding tripeptides in one bottle.
Each 2 oz (60 mL) bottle is formulated and labeled with 2,400 mg of AHK-Cu + 2,400 mg of GHK-Cu, for 4,800 mg of total copper peptides at 8%. The current label lists three ingredients in this order: Distilled Water, GHK-Cu HCl and AHK-Cu.
AHK-Cu and GHK-Cu have different research histories. AHK-Cu has direct experimental research involving human hair follicles and dermal papilla cells, while GHK-Cu has a broader research history across skin, tissue and extracellular-matrix biology.
There is currently no controlled human trial showing that combining AHK-Cu and GHK-Cu produces better hair-growth outcomes than either peptide alone.
AHK-Cu and GHK-Cu are related copper-binding tripeptides, but they are different molecules with different research histories.
AHK-Cu has direct experimental research involving isolated human hair follicles and cultured dermal papilla cells.
GHK and GHK-Cu have a broader research history across skin and tissue biology. A small human hair study also evaluated a topical combination containing GHK peptide together with 5-aminolevulinic acid, but that study did not test isolated GHK-Cu or this finished Serum Pro formula.
This product combines both peptides for users who specifically want a dual copper-peptide scalp serum.
That does not mean AHK-Cu and GHK-Cu have been clinically proven to work synergistically or that the combination has been shown to outperform a single-peptide formula.
The product is formulated and labeled with 2,400 mg of AHK-Cu and 2,400 mg of GHK-Cu per 2 oz bottle, giving it an equal 1:1 target composition.
The 1:1 ratio defines how the two peptides are balanced in the formula. There is currently no controlled human study establishing that a 1:1 AHK-Cu-to-GHK-Cu ratio is the clinically optimal ratio for hair growth.
This is a cosmetic scalp serum, not an FDA-approved treatment for hair loss.
No controlled human trial has tested this exact finished AHK-Cu + GHK-Cu serum for hair regrowth, hair count, hair density or treatment of a diagnosed hair-loss condition.
Ingredient research can help explain why AHK-Cu and GHK-Cu are used in scalp products, but it should not be presented as clinical evidence for this finished formula.

Copper Tripeptide-1 and -3
A short guide to the two actives in the bottle, and why they are paired.
Both peptides are copper-binding tripeptides: three amino acids holding a copper ion. The copper-peptide complexes are what make the serum blue.
They are related but different molecules. AHK-Cu has direct experimental research involving human hair follicles and dermal papilla cells; GHK-Cu has a broader research history across skin, tissue and extracellular-matrix biology.
The Pro pairs them 1:1, 2,400 mg of each, for people who want both in one serum. No controlled human trial has shown that the combination works better than either peptide alone.

COPPER PEPTIDE · 2,400 MG
Copper Tripeptide-3
A copper-binding tripeptide with direct experimental research involving human hair follicles and dermal papilla cells.
As printed on the bottle. The label lists GHK-Cu before AHK-Cu.
Distilled Water, GHK-Cu HCl and AHK-Cu. The full label takes seconds to check.
Both peptides contain copper. The color comes from the copper-peptide complexes themselves; nothing is added simply to make the serum blue.
No controlled human trial establishes a results timeline for this AHK-Cu + GHK-Cu combination, so your own photos are the best guide. Here is how the first weeks usually go, with a few words from customers.
Day 1
Photograph your part or crown in daylight before the first application, and repeat the same photo every four weeks under similar lighting and styling. Gradual changes are hard to judge in a mirror.
“Love the product easy to use” Michael C.
Weeks 1 to 4
The lightweight feel, the blue color, the drying time and how the serum fits into your scalp routine are among the first things you can assess.
Tip: keep the bottle next to your toothbrush, so morning and evening use becomes a habit.
“Giving it time as most products take several months to see any results.” Mike T.
Weeks 5 to 8
Keep to the morning-and-evening directions and compare each month’s photo with Day 1 rather than judging in the mirror. Experiences vary from person to person.
“So far so good, hair is feeling thicker. Sticking with the more natural method. It dries quickly and doesn’t smell.” Jose P.
Weeks 9 to 12
Take a week-12 photo and compare it with Day 1 to judge how the serum suits you.
How long one bottle lasts depends on the amount used at each application. Subscribe and Save delivers a bottle every month at 20% off and can be paused at any time.
“With more conservative sprays you can easily get more than a month even using it twice a day, and using it once a day extends that even further.” Tyler M.

Leave-on use on a clean, dry scalp, morning and evening.
01 · Part and applyPart the hair where needed and apply the serum directly along the part or the scalp areas you want to target.
02 · 30 to 60 secondsGently massage for 30 to 60 seconds with clean fingertips to distribute the serum across the application area.
03 · Leave onLet the serum stay on the scalp and dry before layering other products. Repeat in the evening, and let it dry before bed.
The serum is deeply colored. Let it dry before contact with light-colored bedding, hats or clothing. On white, silver or bleached hair, keep it at the scalp; shampoo washes it out.
Test the serum on a small scalp area first if you are sensitive or are introducing several new scalp products at the same time. Stop if irritation persists, and keep it away from the eyes and broken skin.
Let the serum dry before adding other products. There is no clinically established universal AHK-Cu + GHK-Cu schedule for combining the serum with minoxidil, microneedling or other active scalp treatments, so ask your clinician or follow your device instructions on timing.
Lab reports and published ingredient research answer different questions. A lab report documents measurements on a specific sample or production lot. Published research investigates AHK-Cu or GHK/GHK-Cu more broadly and does not test this finished dual-peptide serum. We keep the two separate.
Two kinds of evidence
AHK-Cu was tested in isolated human hair follicles and stimulated follicle elongation under laboratory conditions. The study did not test this finished dual-peptide serum on people's scalps.

Ingredient research · Pyo et al., 2007 · not this finished productA small human study in 45 men with pattern hair loss evaluated a topical formula containing 5-aminolevulinic acid together with GHK peptide. Hair counts increased in the active groups, but the study did not test isolated GHK-Cu and did not evaluate this Serum Pro formula.
Combination-formula research · Lee et al., 2016 · not this finished productNo controlled human trial has established that combining AHK-Cu and GHK-Cu in a 1:1 topical serum produces better hair-growth outcomes than either peptide alone. The two peptides have different research histories, but ingredient research is not proof of synergy in this finished formula.
