I have only been taking the NMN tablets for a couple of weeks, so it is too soon to determine what impact it has had on my health. However, it is noteworthy that I have experienced no side effects thus far. I am very pleased that Neurogan Health continues to market this product.

I am suffering of chronic fatigue syndrom and some research say that there is dysfunctional mitochodrion in the blood. We don't have this product in Canada so there is no information on Urolithin-a. But because there is nothing to help for this desease, l decided to try it. I first bought the 700mg form in January and took it during 4 months and now l'm trying the new form A-Pro to see if it is better because I actually did not see real benefits. I think it helped me get a better recuperation for post-exercise symptom. But there is no evidence of a good improvement. So I just hope that it is going to help better.

I’ve made many changes to support my metabolic health in the past two weeks, including adding your product. I definitely feel better; my joint pain is lessened. Time will tell!

I have been using this product for a few weeks now, and I experienced noticeable improvement in my workouts right away. I took one pill 30 minutes before my workout and then one right after along with my protein shake. I noticed a greater muscular pump during the workout, and I was also able to push harder. Epicatechin is known for increasing nitric oxide levels in the body, which can lead to a more vascular pump. I took the Epicatechin right after the workout because many studies indicate that it decreases myostatin. Myostatin inhibits muscular growth and protein synthesis. Epicatechin counters these effects, thereby increasing muscle growth and protein synthesis. I would definitely recommend this product and using it in this manner. My gout went away quickly. Hard to believe, since I have had gout since the mid-1970’s. The HTB tea apparently cured my gout. I now also take the HTB tablets.
This is anecdotal, but I’ll take it. I don’t know if this cure was a miracle or a coincidence, but my gout is gone! I have already told my doctor friend about it.

From what I can tell, this compares favorably to other NR products I've used. I take this alternating days with some NMN and NADH I have and it compares well to those as well.

Spermidine is so good for you and this product comes from Organic Wheat Germ.

I like to use Berberine to assist in controlling my appetite. I prefer this supplement due to third party testing and it being 98 percent pure Berberine.

These are so easy to take as they dissolve fast and are small. I did notice an energy boost and feeling
of wellness taking this. I've purchased from the Neurogan family for years and really enjoy all of their products.

The Neurogan B complex is a bit on the expensive side for what it contains, but it is a complete full spectrum product. The mottled appearance of the flat tablets is reminiscent of something produced by an underground drug lab in the 1970's, which was a bit surprising in the 21st century. However, the product was produced by the distributor in its own U.S. facility, and it is lab tested, both of which are more important to me than cosmetic appearance.
