Cápsulas liposomales de fisetina

I struggle with getting decent sleep regularly, especially on weeknights. I bought this seeing it has several benefits, one of which is its effect on sleep.

I just got this a month ago and cycled with a full dose for 3 days each week and now switching to 4 days straight each month. But what a difference it's already made! I'm now sleeping about 45 minutes to an hour more each night, and the sleep is noticeably deeper than usual. To some, 45 minutes or an hour might not sound like much, but it's made a difference for me. I can't wait to see the benefits as more time goes by!

I've had back problems for several years. Pain injections and PT have helped. Taking Neurogan's PEA helped further. Then I read about fisetin. It's marketed for 'longevity', but buried in an NHI study was a notation about pain relief. I figured I'd give it a try. After a week, I found I was no longer leaning on items for support. 2 weeks in and I was back to parking at the far end of a parking lot and walking to the store. 1 bottle later and I can go to the park without worrying if there would be benchs along the way to rest on. Yesterday, I stood in the kitchen, prepping and cooking for almost an hour, something I thought I would never do again. I think a combination of the 2 supplements works best, at least for me. I hope more people try this one.

According to the National Institute of Health, fisetin is the most potent senolytic; it should be liposomal for best results. I take 500 mg (one cap) Monday to Friday. The only senolytic better than fisetin is melatonin, of which I take four grams, ⅛ powder teaspoon eight times a day Monday to Friday. : D
