I am really enjoying the benefits of taking NMN for the first time. Glad I started with this brand so I could start low and ease in gradually. I had to take a point off because it contains sugar and flavoring. I don't want to put sugar in my system first thing in the morning. When I figure out my maximum dose, I'll try out other NMN products.
