You suppose to chew the tablets in your mouth and let it dissolve before swallowing. The round chewable pills have a strong mint flavor, slightly bitter at the beginning, with no bad aftertaste, leaving your mouth the usual mint refreshing feeling. This is a different experience than taking NMN capsules.

I have recently been taking NAD+ supplements for its anti-aging benefits. NAD+ is an essential metabolite that declines as you age. I have been taking other brands of NMN for a few months now but whats good about this one over the others is that its chewable. The taste isnt bad. Its a minty taste. I take it before I workout to give me some extra energy.

Since starting to take NMN Ive felt a bit more alert and peppy. Ive taken different brands of NMN but I find they all seem to work fine. Individual Supplements see to have little difference between brands. Usually its just branding/marketing. Of course if they add something else to the product that can affect price, but I just go with the best priced option.

Overall Im pleased with it, but I would order a better priced option in the future, if one is available.

This is my first time with such a supplement. Just added it to my daily regimen, so it's too early to guage results. The pills have a minty essence, and are easy to swallow. The bottle was double-sealed, and arrived in perfect condition. No complaints thus far. Highly recommended.

So I do definitely feel a difference after taking 5-10 per day for just over a week now. More energy, focused, and I just feel "good" if that makes any sense.

Could be a placebo, but if it is, that's fine, it's working!

My single only complaint is the taste when you chew them is awful, but to their defense theg did try to make it with a ton of peppermint oil, and it helps, a little. Lol. Not gross enough to deter my use though.
