NMN Tablets

Results were noticed after nearly a week on NMN!!!

I am really enjoying the benefits of taking NMN for the first time. Glad I started with this brand so I could start low and ease in gradually. I had to take a point off because it contains sugar and flavoring. I don't want to put sugar in my system first thing in the morning. When I figure out my maximum dose, I'll try out other NMN products.

These tablets are the real deal! I’ve tried my fair share of misleading NMN products and I can promise you this stuff works. Feel the energy, blood pressure stabilizing, and can last longer delivering packages all night without a shortness of breathe. A mild minty taste that I enjoy looking forward to use and the price is UNBEATABLE!! Love it!!

I have only been taking the NMN tablets for a couple of weeks, so it is too soon to determine what impact it has had on my health. However, it is noteworthy that I have experienced no side effects thus far. I am very pleased that Neurogan Health continues to market this product.

For years, I've been taking NMN supplement capsules for its anti-aging and health benefits. NMN is a compound found in all cells of the body and it can help increase energy levels and improve metabolism. NMN is a precursor to NAD+, which is used by cells to transfer energy from the breakdown of food into a form the cells can use and it is essential for many cellular processes like energy metabolism, gene expression, regulating aging and DNA repair. NAD+ level declines when we age.
This NMN bottle is made from nicotinamide mononucleotide, a form of vitamin B3 that is naturally found in our body, and is believed to help increase the NAD+ levels in the body. You suppose to chew the tablets in your mouth and let it dissolve before swallowing. The round chewable pills have a strong mint flavor, slightly bitter at the beginning, with no bad aftertaste, leaving your mouth the usual mint refreshing feeling. This is a different experience than taking NMN capsules.

I have recently been taking NAD+ supplements for its anti-aging benefits. NAD+ is an essential metabolite that declines as you age. Recent studies have found that supplementing NAD+ with NMN provides a much more direct path to promoting cell metabolism. It is made in the USA and has been 3rd party tested reporting 99% purity. They have several other highly rated supplements. The tables are chewable with a mint flavor. There is a slight after taste and so far no side effects.

I have been taking other brands of NMN for a few months now but whats good about this one over the others is that its chewable. The taste isnt bad. Its a minty taste. I take it before I workout to give me some extra energy.

Since starting to take NMN Ive felt a bit more alert and peppy. Ive taken different brands of NMN but I find they all seem to work fine. Individual Supplements see to have little difference between brands. Usually its just branding/marketing. Of course if they add something else to the product that can affect price, but I just go with the best priced option.
Overall Im pleased with it, but I would order a better priced option in the future, if one is available.

So I do definitely feel a difference after taking 5-10 per day for just over a week now. More energy, focused, and I just feel "good" if that makes any sense.
Could be a placebo, but if it is, that's fine, it's working!
My single only complaint is the taste when you chew them is awful, but to their defense theg did try to make it with a ton of peppermint oil, and it helps, a little. Lol. Not gross enough to deter my use though.

I got this because I like that it is single ingredient (NMN) and that you can spread your dosage out through out your day. I also really like this is third party tested as I have bought some fakes before. And I like the third party test on these tablets are reporting 99% purity. Now NAD is involved in every metabolic process our bodies do. So yes it is very important. And our bodies do produce it less as we get older. NMN is a precursor to NAD which means it can be made into NAD. Now NAD can't get past the stomach much hence the reason we do not take it orally, where as NMN does a great job surviving the digestive process IMO. NMN is the last step/molecule before being converted to NAD (may).
Now here is where it gets interesting ( to me at least). After the NMN is absorbed it converts (may) to NAD very quickly. An enzyme called cd38 that is required to produce methionine and other amino acids 'eats' (may) NAD,,, best way I can put it. Whatever gets past that goes (may) to the mitochondria for use in making energy. And that all happens in about 15 minutes (may). The mitochondria takes 'what it needs'. Too much unused NAD can cause CD38 to multiply and adversely affect (may) homocysteine levels. And that's not what we want (may). Now all that was grossly simplified/explained to keep this brief. There is much much more to it than that.
So here is my idea with this product. Rather than doing a one time dump with lets say a 350mg cap of nmn, lets spread it out through the day. In that way you are saying to the mitochondria here is some NAD and a few hours later it's a 'hey here is some more if you want'. A few hours later,,, repeat. And suppose your gonna do a workout or a hike etc you can chew 2 or more of these for some serious energy boost (may) ! Also we are keeping cd38 in check (may). While this is all theoretical, I personally really like the concept.
So yeah all 5 stars for an easy way to spread out your NMN for NAD production and the energy that provides (may). These taste like candy peppermint mints to me and I had no sides. Hope this was helpful.
