In June 2019, I met scientists studying NMN who shared impressive findings showing its ability to enhance activity levels by 50% in test mice. Inspired, I began taking 1000mg of NMN and 1000mg of Resveratrol daily, and at 64, I feel more youthful and vital than ever. I’ve also incorporated a more vegetarian diet and discovered supplements like Spermidine, Urolithin A, and Epicatechin, which have significantly boosted my endurance, strength, and muscle growth. In June 2019, I met with some scientists from Aalborg University who studied NMN. They were eager to begin production and reached out to our lab to manufacture their product because they founded their own company, Lab 57. Due to ethical concerns and ongoing litigation, they couldn't proceed with production. However, they shared with me the incredible effects their products had on test mice, with NMN extending the activity level of mice by 50% compared to those without it. Immediately, I found the best manufacturer of NMN, and since June 2019, I’ve been taking 1000mg of NMN along with 1000mg of Resveratrol daily.

My Longevity Journey

At 64 years old, people around me often comment on how youthful I appear, both in terms of my skin and overall physical health. I still do have gray hair, but I feel incredibly vital and strong, and I’m sure that NMN and Resveratrol have played a significant role. Additionally, I've transitioned more and more to a vegetarian diet, especially after watching the Netflix series "What the Health." So, a combination of a healthy diet and staying active will guarantee you a long life. In some areas, NMN may not be legal due to some patent issues, but NAD and NR, which offer similar benefits, are widely available and legal. These products, along with others in the longevity field, have been scientifically proven—at least in my experience—to work exceptionally well.

 

Energy and Muscle Strength Enhancement

After turning 60, I found it increasingly difficult to maintain my workout routine. At 62, I discovered a product combination of Spermidine, Urolithin A, and Epicatechin. I take one serving of each daily with food, and on particularly challenging days, I take two servings. The results have been astonishing in terms of endurance, strength, and muscle growth. I can say that my fitness level is now better than ever, and I attribute this to the combination of these supplements.
