I definitely feel a lot more energy, BUT I had heart palpitations, which affected my sleep. So I reduced the dosage to 0.75ml and then down again to 0.5ml which helped. Energy wise— great! Heart palpitations, not so much :/
Also, looks like I got a different bottle than what was on the website, old packaging maybe?
